I meant, university education.  The US has, what, 10 or 20 absolutely
top-class universities, and another 100 or 200 which are as good as
the best universities of many other countries?  At least, that's what
the view from outside is like.  Which is why people from everywhere in
the world want to go to the US for higher studies.  Yes, I've also
read that school education can be pretty bad, especially in sciences
and mathematics.
