Synopsis: cleanup of ppp server socket on unclean startup State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: cjc State-Changed-When: Tue Nov 6 02:51:45 PST 2001 State-Changed-Why: A /var/run/ppp directory writable by the network group is now created in -CURRENT and -STABLE.
