${PREFIX}/share/sgml/freebsd-docbook/3.1/freebsd.dtd
Actually, the other FreeBSD DTDs should go in there as ports as well,
for people that are interested in them. I think there are extant ports
that show how to port something that's checked out of a CVS tree, so
I'll take a look at those.
