Hmm, by thinking a bit further, it could make sense,
to move all US sites under a us.freebsd.org domain, and select
the "master" sites without cc-subdomain from within the
most capable sites, all over the world ?

Hmm I hope this is not considered as heresy. :-}
Just a suggestion.
