The problems are still here. Changing PCI-Ex16 to 8x/8x mode and disabling
C-states in BIOS helps a bit.

I noticed that without DRM/NVIDIA on SCFB whole computer works a lot faster
(i.e. 160fps for scfb vs 20..60fps for nvidia) and glitches are almost gone.

This seems Intel ArrowLake / SkyLake / *Lake support problem and gpu/snd/usb
gets only visible hits, so I have created a dedicated issue:
