It wasn't forgotten by me...I thought that one wazs okay, it only had to
be generated by pkg/DESCR vs Makefile??
If you are going to remove that, then please also fix the ports related
cgi's that are reading that and providing that information on the WWW
site...
Both YEAR2000 and WWW_SITE are used by the ports.cgi and provide users
links to the 'home pages' for the various ports, so ppl don't have to go
searching for them...
