FreeBSD 5.1-CURRENT FreeBSD 5.1-CURRENT #21: Sat Nov 15 23:40:30 EST 2003 Using built-in specs. Configured with: FreeBSD/i386 system compiler Thread model: posix gcc version 3.3.3 [FreeBSD] 20031106 Sometimes when gcc crashes unpredictably, this is an indication of some hardware problems: i.e. faulty memory, faulty disk, CPU may not be cooled properly, etc. I recommend that you just use your script to "make build" in a loop, so that the build will resume in case of a failure. -- Craig Rodrigues http://crodrigues.org rodrigc@crodrigues.org
