FreeBSD does not support any of the Philips PSC* cards.  When quizzed, Philips 
support have stated that they have no interest in giving the specs for this 
their sound h/w to Open Source projects under any circumstances.

If you sell the h/w on E-Bay, there's plenty of other h/w that is supported 
and costs less $$ (you could always return it if your conscience dictates :-)
