Because you have enlarged the _bus_ by two doesn't mean the drive is able
to move bytes faster from the platters. 

You are now able to put more disks before saturating the SCSI bus but bear
in mind that it is very unlikely that you'll be ever eble to saturate a 80
MB/s bus with only one drive.
