The Compex card is the ENET32-PCI.  We have a number of them here, and
they work just fine, however we got a new one a short while ago that
wears the 21041, and it's not working yet.  I'm corresponding with Matt
on this, and if anything useful comes out of it, the changes/instructions
will be passed on.
