There is only one "Wavelan", so I expect that it might be.  The range
of the units varies tremendously depending on the antenna (the
standard Wavelan antenna is a 4" patch), whether an external booster
is used and on general environmental considerations (noise, alignment,
etc).

OTOH, I have seen other bridges with lots more power and different 
hardware, so it's possible not.
