This commit is from stable/13 branch, but I think it's only coincidence, if I
build the next commit it freezes.

Other commits like 25f4ddf, fb0d2551 and 303b7702 are working on this G5 as
well. One interesting thing is it works after after a cold boot, but they
freeze after a soft reboot.
