Log:
- Unbreak dns/posadis and its dependency devel/poslib
with the new PTHREAD_LIBS in 5.x and -CURRENT by
changing USE_INC_LIBTOOL_VER to USE_LIBTOOL_VER
(this also removes .la files)
- Bump PORTREVISION due to changed packages
