We're *still* getting 65k packets a day from a well known spammer
because they can't configure their machines properly.  And it is
eating our link up!  1% of our link is now always used by this bozo,
which plays hell with our FTPs due to its bursty nature causing TCP
segment losses which requires retransmission :-(
