	The sysctl(8) manpage in its "SEE ALSO" section refers to
	the blackhole(4) manpage. IMHO that is inconsistent: We should
	either refer to all the manpages with sysctl MIB descriptions,
	or to no of them at all.

	Remove the xref or add a xref for every manpage describing MIBs.
