Synopsis: request to add new kernel config "GENLINT" State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: phk State-Changed-When: Mon Dec 18 12:57:21 PST 2000 State-Changed-Why: I don't think you will be able to sell this idea. The general move is towards a module based kernel, here you can either load modules at runtime or link them in at kernel compile time. How we will configure this is anyones guess, but I don't think adding another kernel config file is it. http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=22339 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-bugs" in the body of the message
