i am trying to implement a handoff mechanism whereby if the throughput to a mobile(with orinoco wireless nic) falls below a certain threshold,it handoffs to another base-station(desktop).how can i get the throughput rate directly to use in my code?i know wicontrol gives the whole paramters list.is there any way i can just take the throughput value and use in an if loop to decide when to handoff?or do i need access to the firmware to do this? Would appreciate any help. Thanks in advance, Vinod __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
