I was overly optimistic and tried the cutting edge kernel for my new server, but it didn't work out. Now I'm trying to run 5.2.1-RELEASE-p9, but it keeps panicing on "lockmgr: locking against myself". I did some searching, but I can't find any helpful information on how to fix this. I don't have any debug info from the crash right bow, but I do have my dmesg showing the current system and I could probably get debug info if I needed it. My kernel is a copy of GENERIC with the addition of just one option, QUOTA. Any advice (including a reminder of where the page is describing how to pull the debug info out of the kernel panic) would be appreciated. :) Copyright (c) 1992-2004 The FreeBSD Project.
