Known bug, I'm working on a fix. On the assumption that it might be because the web build process is taking so long on freefall that it's running into a second copy of itself, and causing corruption that way, I've wrapped the webupdate scripts in calls to lockf(1), to make sure that two or more can't run at once. We'll see if that fixes the problem.
