14.1-p4 and Firefox 130 from packages works from my location.

From the FreeBSD home page, clicking on Support->Bug Reports brings me
to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/query.cgi?format=advanced

Support->Submitting Bug Reports brings me to:
https://www.freebsd.org/support/

Have you tried another browser? Does it have the same problem you are
describing?

Do you have another system where you can install Firefox from packages?

Best,
Jim B.
