Absolutely.  Install lang/php4 or lang/php5 and also the corresponding
lang/phpXextensions.  Choose "Pspell" support in the Config menu.

If you **don't** get a config menu,  I believe you'll need to "make 
rmconfig"
in that directory and try again .... but I may be wrong on that.
