The page margins problem has been with us for awhile, I think (the top page margin is almost nil). As to the images...you're right, something appears to be a little strange in the installation chapter (the only part that I checked). When I bring up a page in either Acrobat Reader or gv, screenshots will flash on the screen and quickly disappear. Bruce.
