It doesn't apply cleanly to 12.2, but I entered the changes manually where needed. Also, kbdc->quirks causes a "not a structure member" error. Based on other code, I guessed you meant kbdcp(kbdc)->quirks. With that the kernel built cleanly and the patch seems to function.
