I don't get it . moused is just simply multiplexing mouse events from the X10 Remote mouse and your favorite mouse. The rf noise currently being experienced with some X10 Remote Mouse is totally independent of where the X10 Remote Mouse is attached whether that be a com port or a PS/2 port.
