I just tried to rebuild world with a recent 'cvsup' to 4.-stable and I got into an error state I could not recover from - crtbegin.o and crtin.o both have _fin defined, or something like that. I was able to do a buildworld and installworld, but could not then build a kernel or install a kernel. I was getting multiply defined symbols. Sorry about rambling but I got the machine into a bad state and am worried that this might happen to others as well. You may want to update UPDATING or something as this is the first time that I have ever been locked up by an upgrade... - Mike Harding To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
