  Add in patches for vulnerabilities discussed in CERT CA:96.08

  1.2       +3 -0      ports/net/pcnfsd/pkg/DESCR

(it probably should have been sent to FreeBSD-Ports, since we don't
 have pcnfsd in out base system)
