I am seeing the same behavior with:
none5@pci8:12:0: class=0x030000 card=0x34398086 chip=0x47521002
rev=0x27 hdr=0x00
vendor = 'ATI Technologies Inc'
device = 'Rage XL PCI'
class = display
subclass = VGA
FreeBSD bling.properkernel.com 6.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 6.0-CURRENT #2: Mon Jul 4 02:45:50 EDT 2005 root@bling.properkernel.com:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/BLING i386
For some weird reason, when using a mode that does draw the cursor, it
doesn't honor my request to use a block cursor. My custom kernel is a
dumbed down version of generic with the following:
options SC_ALT_MOUSE_IMAGE
options SC_CUT_SPACES2TABS
options SC_HISTORY_SIZE=4096
options SC_PIXEL_MODE
options VESA
options VGA_WIDTH90
Cheers,
Andy
