And I got:
freebsd-update fetch

No updates needed to update system to 10.3-RELEASE-p0.

uname -a shows: 10.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE #1: Sun Apr 10
13:48:11 EDT 2016    bla@bla.net:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC  amd64

There are no RELEASE-p0 as is above.
