https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D215984 Bug ID: 215984 Summary: sysrc(8) mishandles variable names containing a dash (-) Product: Base System Version: 11.0-RELEASE Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: bin Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: telxoids@gmail.com Presumably similar to https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D1= 87461.=20 Discovered when using Ansible, but it does not appear to be related. Using sysrc to update rc.conf. sysrc(8) seems to unable properly deal with adding variables like forked-daapd_enable to /etc/rc.conf, and adds the lines every time it is called. Have a workaround via Ansible using 'lineinfile' module or manual updates. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
