As said in the mentioned mail, it's people who helped with patches, suggestions, through PRs, mails... Concerning developers, they have to remove their name from the 'Additional list', it's a convention/tradition :) Giorgos is currently working on a script related to this problem, he is working on these lists, see that with him.
