Document in some way that mii is necessary for ax (and fxp?).
Unless, of course, mii is loaded automatically when the network
driver is loaded, in which case it need not be added, imho.

[Disclaimer: .ko loading ought to not be in loader.conf, but until
loading is automatic...]
