If yes, what > should I patch? You need to uplcom driver in your kernel, either in your kernel configuration or by loading it as a module (i.e. "kldload uplcom"). BTW. I'm not sure if the uplcom driver was in 4.8, since that's a rather old release now... -- Simon L.
