I think that the point that Dennis was making is that he was working
with the client "above & beyond" the requirements of any support/
warrenty agreements that were in place.

Then the client dumps _PRIVATE_E-MAIL_ between him & Dennis to several
mailing lists, akin to opening _my_personal_mail_ & posting it in the
town square...  (A federal offense in the US...)

Is Dennis arrogant, abrasive, rude?  At times, yes.  Guess what?  Most
of us are at times (just ask my wife :^>  it's what the 2nd & I'm 
already on her list...)

ps.	Whoever made the crappy remark about the guy's English skills...
	Not only was _that_ uncalled for, it ranks way below _anything_
	Dennis was acqused of...
