Notes for translators: Basically, what I did was to clean out the entire file except for items that represent work committed to HEAD after RELENG_5_0 was branched. In order, the ones that remain are: PC98 boot loader MO support, dump(8) -C, newsyslog(8) W flag, swapoff(8), systat(1) -ifstat, xargs(1) -P, awk 20021213, bzip2recover, ISC DHCP 3.0.1RC11, OpenPAM Daffodil. The awk and OpenPAM release notes had to be rewritten slightly to make sense in context, but the other text is unchanged. All of the contributed software subsections were deleted, but other sections remain intact, and in the same order. As usual, I put <para></ para> elements in sections that have (as yet) no release note entries. I recommend keeping a copy of the last revision of this file handy, because we might be stealing text out of it for documenting MFCs to RELENG_4.
