[-- Attachment #1 --] Could someone please explain how to use freebsd-update upgrade without destroying all of your configuration files? I really don’t understand how to use the merge function.. In this case i typed :q for all files it asked about. :wq seem to do about the same thing. Notice that a few of the files has this shit in multiple places. I can’t be right that I should edit every file manually and look for “current version” and so on? # grep "<< current" * crontab:<<<<<<< current version dhclient.conf:<<<<<<< current version group:<<<<<<< current version hosts:<<<<<<< current version inetd.conf:<<<<<<< current version master.passwd:<<<<<<< current version motd:<<<<<<< current version ntp.conf:<<<<<<< current version passwd:<<<<<<< current version services:<<<<<<< current version shells:<<<<<<< current version snmpd.config:<<<<<<< current version syslog.conf:<<<<<<< current version syslog.conf:<<<<<<< current version ttys:<<<<<<< current version ttys:<<<<<<< current version # grep "<< current" */* mail/freebsd.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/freebsd.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/freebsd.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/freebsd.submit.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/freebsd.submit.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/freebsd.submit.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/sendmail.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/sendmail.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/sendmail.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/submit.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/submit.cf:<<<<<<< current version mail/submit.cf:<<<<<<< current version ssh/sshd_config:<<<<<<< current version ssh/sshd_config:<<<<<<< current version [-- Attachment #2 --] 0 *H 010 + 0 *H @00mOj3""2zq0 *H 010 UUS10 UUT10USalt Lake City10U The USERTRUST Network1!0Uhttp://www.usertrust.com1604U-UTN-USERFirst-Client Authentication and Email0 110428000000Z 200530104838Z010 UGB10UGreater Manchester10USalford10U COMODO CA Limited1907U0COMODO Client Authentication and Secure Email CA0"0 *H 0 [KW^/@ȣSX_fe2N2}UxLUB'qi2@'Vbqi c^`ʢAjHmeC*.+c8w߱ڂ2jgo \5Tq 7 PSlY1 LR@[HhJ$:q_㬿;%qh=XF<hmz!W42~JRrd&N`ohQcB}"cөΞD\[5 K0G0U#0g}ĝ&p KPH|=n}0UzN t[xcd'/[y{0U0U0 0U 00U 0XUQ0O0MKIGhttp://crl.usertrust.com/UTN-USERFirst-ClientAuthenticationandEmail.crl0t+h0f0=+01http://crt.usertrust.com/UTNAddTrustClient_CA.crt0%+0http://ocsp.usertrust.com0 *H ־xWUm3DRB JAIZҭsn>&|L0(B<%> u=9fѡMo(ltZڱuz/yVtCr`9 G:eH<=%`I?C 3_н`j;:<I3B)93i.EMiڀ=]|Gm]W0KID~y83:]&XaU!ՙC@B0Ұun00 oz5[_?%g0 *H 010 UGB10UGreater Manchester10USalford10U COMODO CA Limited1907U0COMODO Client Authentication and Secure Email CA0 140117000000Z 150117235959Z010 *H peter@pean.org0"0 *H 0 W'<d' ̦guVamBc+;VJ cv4.8D/G#ac49.<"K@Qp>/0W(gpF|J؆P~'BZ~j{` n#ĉZrG{)ډ<iKg˞TBLk@Y /D<9g94?Sx0}ń7ά63 00U#0zN t[xcd'/[y{0U{'"$b$pPG0U0U0 0 U%0++10 `HB 0FU ?0=0;+10+0)+https://secure.comodo.net/CPS0WUP0N0LJHFhttp://crl.comodoca.com/COMODOClientAuthenticationandSecureEmailCA.crl0+|0z0R+0Fhttp://crt.comodoca.com/COMODOClientAuthenticationandSecureEmailCA.crt0$+0http://ocsp.comodoca.com0U0peter@pean.org0 *H tflQ\؛7Z136;\͋>Y6 k#;VRčb9L:ܚgJ{9Q$[g\5լd<7')Q=?oԘl.9ͽ11j-v} _^_ M2ċ} bF4zxU:4eHzK^塂pwfxc$4zqKso٩y5100010 UGB10UGreater Manchester10USalford10U COMODO CA Limited1907U0COMODO Client Authentication and Secure Email CA oz5[_?%g0 + G0 *H 1 *H 0 *H 1 141105143034Z0# *H 1,ÿ=!xXUhuq0l *H 1_0]0 `He*0 `He0 *H 0*H 0 *H @0+0 *H (0 +710010 UGB10UGreater Manchester10USalford10U COMODO CA Limited1907U0COMODO Client Authentication and Secure Email CA oz5[_?%g0*H 1010 UGB10UGreater Manchester10USalford10U COMODO CA Limited1907U0COMODO Client Authentication and Secure Email CA oz5[_?%g0 *H ISƜ^oyL F &.}4s︣`9P6 1H*ʿi/oS-#)X.s b~ܡI;>b$3ӳevpb֍H<N?c%7¤oeV)a]<xICkFݙrPq$Vo=i0yH;F_z8Tnppo!eaFbj;y9a\7 px_}*x:@ĬK(9
