Just happened again. The system silently rebooted again during heavy SLIP traffic (UUCP over TCP, and attempting to rlogin into freefall), and caused serious disk file inconsistencies (totally garbled files, the six most recent files in the uucp spool area had nothing than garbage, but a length != 0).
