Is this consistent with other dev/ driver files?  Are we going to move
to preferring __FBSDID in the kernel, over /*\n * $FreeBSD$?  I know
there was a decision to convert things using string $FreeBSD$ to this
(since we can strip it after the kernel is linked, or at compile time),
but I hadn't seen anything about using it in general?

Useful for modules, I suppose?
