pnpinfo is not installed (or even made) during make world.  It seems to be
missing from /usr/src/usr.sbin/Makefile.

$ grep pnpinfo /usr/src/usr.sbin/Makefile

I'm not sure where it would be added, to the first SUBDIR=, or to the
SUBDIR+= in the ${MACHINE} == "i386" section.  It should be added, right?
