I get an error when trying to install FreeBSD 5.0 RELEASE. "Error Mounting /dev/acd0 on dist: Operation not supported by device (19)" This occurs after the filesystems have been created and it is about to mount the CD to finish the installation. I am able to install via FTP without trouble. And I can mount a CD using the installed system. I have a ASUS K7V motherboard (VIA Apollo 133 Chipset). I have had this problem all the DP and RC recent releases. Tom Veldhouse To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-current" in the body of the message
