            Bug ID: 226477
           Summary: freebsd-update(8) does not update kernel for
                    10.3-RELEASE-p28 / 10.4-RELEASE-p7
           Product: Base System
           Version: 10.4-RELEASE
          Hardware: amd64
                OS: Any
            Status: New
          Severity: Affects Many People
          Priority: ---
         Component: misc
          Assignee: freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: masato@itc.naist.jp

I updated FreeBSD to 10.3-RELEASE-p28 and 10.4-RELEASE-p7 but kernels keep =
old
10.3-RELEASE-p24 and 10.4-RELEASE-p3 respectively.
It's seems FreeBSD-SA-18:01.ipsec includes kernel patches but binary updates
miss kernel modules.

The update to 10.4-RELEASE-p7 from 10.4-RELEASE-p6 includes only boot loade=
rs.

$ freebsd-version -u
10.4-RELEASE-p6
$ freebsd-version -k
10.4-RELEASE-p3
$ sudo /usr/sbin/freebsd-update fetch

The following files will be updated as part of updating to 10.4-RELEASE-p7:
