src/usr.sbin/pw/README indicates David L. Nugent, <davidn@blaze.net.au>,
but his email address bounces and all his commits are 2 years old. ;)
Is anyone claiming ownership on this piece of code for the time being?
I've got some patches I'd like to make to it and I'd like to talk to the
maintainer before I generate these patches. (No, there's not a PR
associated with it, and it's not a "problem").
