No need for you to test UFS, as I think we can reproduce the issue with UFS, and our internal testing team is trying to narrow down the issue by bisecting. Especially, symptom #2 happens to the Hyper-V vmbus driver, which hasn't been updated for 8 months, except for the PTI patch.
