To answer my own question: the FreeBSD-main-armv6-build builds
are still automatically on-going. So the "make universe" status
does not contribute-to/control the CI builds status. (I had
just been curious as I do not know what all the "make universe"
status contributes to for automatatic builds, if anything.)
