Please accept our apologies for not replying in a more timely fashion.

However, this is for a version of FreeBSD long out of support.

If this problem still persists, please file a new bug, or re-open this
bug. I don't have access to this type of card, so I can't test it exactly
but the last time I had PUC working for cardbus it worked as a module.
