Actually the telnet that ships with W2K supports ANSI, VT100, VT51, and VTNT
(VTNT?). Use the 'set TERM foo' command.

NTLM            Turn ON NTLM Authentication.
LOCAL_ECHO      Turn ON LOCAL_ECHO.

CRLF            Send both CR and LF
