I reported this a few weeks ago when I did the upgrade, and I guess it was not incorporated into the instructions....nope, it's there on the Wiki (http://wiki.freebsd.org/ModularXorg#preview): ``Fix your xorg.conf by adding "ModulePath /usr/X11R6/lib/xorg/modules/" to the "Files" section.'' At this point /usr/X11R6 should be a symlink to /usr/local, so it shouldn't matter which you use. Not sure about the xorgconfig problem. I just modified that one line in my xorg.conf for my amd64 machine, and everything just worked.
