https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D191776 wjenkner@inode.at changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |wjenkner@inode.at --- Comment #9 from wjenkner@inode.at --- (In reply to Jean-S=C3=A9bastien P=C3=A9dron from comment #8) > xf86-video-ati-7.5.0 will be available in the future too. We didn't commit > 7.4.0 because it crashes for some users. So as soon as we are comfortable > with 7.5.0, it will hit the Ports tree. Do you mean it "crashes" in the sense that the X server aborts? I had this problem when compiling with clang, but it was sufficient to just address the two warning messages (with the suggested fixes) emitted during compilation of xf86-video-ati (see attached patch). I don't know if this i= s a programming error or a clang optimization error, though. (And where did users report this kind of breakage in the experimental branc= h?) --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. You are the assignee for the bug.=
