It would be helpful to have access to another person running 12.x who is willing to test 13.x using a ZFS boot environment. (Do not upgrade your zpool when testing with 13 if you want to drop back down to 12!) I can write up a blog post on how to install a development 13 boot environment from 12 if you'd like.
