He probably though that because it's possible in the current Solaris implementation of ZFS: http://blogs.sun.com/marks/entry/zfs_delegated_administration I thought this hadn't been ported, but taking a quick look at the bottom of http://wiki.freebsd.org/ZFS it appears it's now done, which is cool :) -pete.
