In order for the PLX 9052 to pass IRQs, you need to fiddle about with 
its little interrupt control register.

I now have it working at my friend's house, but the diff is ugly.

I am going to try and clean it up and commit to -current.

You have to create a whole new set of bus resources and stuff just to do 
_one_ poke, then throw all that work away. Sigh.

Of course, this is only necessary in the PCI case.

Partial thanks are due to OpenBSD for pointing out that the device in 
question is a PLX 9052, and a pointer to the PLX site for the PDF datasheet.
